Plate Ice Machine

Fully automatic, yet easy to control and monitor from a display screen on the "select-and-push" control panel, thus requiring no special-skilled labor.

Maximum capacity is 50 tons per day, while the power consumption is around 60 kW per ton ice (compared to 110 kW per ton ice on other machines in the market), making it 30% more energy-efficient.

Comes with three cooling options: water-cooled, air-cooled, or evaporator condenser.

Featuring two unique technology, the flat-plate heat exchange and circulating heat gas for ice dropping, this new series of machine has solved many common problems found in traditional ice-making method and made a breakthrough into the international market.

Ice thickness is adjustable from 2-30mm, and the basic material is stainless steel with stable chemical properties. Static evaporator means no leaking, no maintenance, no mechanical ice release, and no mechanical deterioration.

Ice can be made from either fresh or sea water without changing any machine component, which enable these machines to operate on-board and for fisheries.

Terdapat tiga pilihan pendingin kondensor: pendingin air, pendingin udara, dan kondensor evaporator.

Dengan mengandalkan dua teknologi baru, yaitu pelat penukar panas dan sirkulasi gas panas untuk pelepasan es, mesin ini berhasil mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang umum terjadi dalam proses pembuatan es secara tradisional dan menembus pasar Internasional.

Ketebalan es dapat dipiliih antara 2 sampai 30 mm, dan material dasar adalah stainless steel dengan properti kimia stabil. Penggunaan evaporator statis berarti bebas kebocoran, bebas perawatan, bebas mekanisme pelepasan es, dan bebas kerusakan mekanis.

Es dapat dibuat dari air tawar ataupun asin tanpa mengganti komponen mesin, sehingga mesin dapat dipakai di atas kapal maupun untuk keperluan perikanan.
